Nemurubaka: Half-Awake Fools(2006)

In a women’s college dorm, Yumi drifts through her days working at a bookstore, unsure what comes next. Across the room, her upperclassman Ruka throws herself into her music, chasing a future that feels both urgent and impossibly far away. As Ruka pushes forward and Yumi lingers in her wake, the space between dreaming and doing grows harder to ignore.
