Street Guerrilla(1991)

Two students attend Kaisei High School, a boys' school in Tokyo. One is Issei Kirishima, who is withdrawn due to childhood trauma. The other is Shuichi Takata, who is a drinker, a womanizer, and a biker. The encounter between these two leads to a lot of slapstick action. Will there ever be a day when these two people can understand each other?
