- I forgot my password
- Ask for a reset link on Forgot password; it arrives by email.
- How do I change my profile, theme or mature-cover setting?
- Everything is in Settings: your profile, and under Content the appearance (device, light or dark), score scale, title language and mature covers.
- How do I delete my account?
- In Settings → Account, under Delete account.
Your list
- Can I bring my list from MyAnimeList, AniList or another site?
- Yes: Import a list reads your public list or an export file in a few minutes.
- Something is wrong on a title page
- Wrong details, a broken link or a duplicate: use “Report a problem with this listing” at the bottom of the title page, and a moderator looks at it.
Browser extension
- Where do I get the browser extension?
- On the Chrome Web Store (it also installs in Edge and Brave). What it does: AnimeHunt for Chrome.
- How do I sign in to the extension?
- Click the fox, then Sign in: a small window opens on AnimeHunt, you approve once, and your ratings and progress save to your library.
- What does "Follow along" do, and how do I stop it?
- On a site you turned on, episodes save themselves once you have watched most of them, and a small card asks for your rating when you finish a season. Pause or remove a site under “On N sites” at the bottom of the popup, or with “Not on this site” on the card.
- What does the extension read?
- The title of your tab, when you click it or on sites you turned on; on those sites also how far the video has played, checked on your device. The details are in the privacy policy.
